• Booking and enquiry details: the name, phone number and email address you give us, the installation address and postcode, your preferred dates, and any notes about access or the person the work is for.
• Details about someone else: if you book on behalf of a family member, we collect their name and address so the fitter can attend. Please only share what is needed, and tell them we hold it.
• Records of the work: what we fitted, when, the price paid, and guarantee information.
• Website information: essential cookies that make the site work. Cookies that measure how the site is used, or support advertising, are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner.

• To confirm we cover your area and arrange a suitable appointment (to perform our contract with you).
• To contact you about your booking, the fitter’s arrival and any follow-up (contract).
• To honour the 12-month workmanship guarantee and handle any complaint (legal obligation and contract).
• To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
• To improve the website and our service, where you have given consent for optional cookies (consent).

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

• Our fitters: the vetted, DBS-checked engineer attending your address receives the name, address, phone number and access notes they need for the visit.
• Our website and hosting providers: who run this site and store booking enquiries securely on our behalf.
• Professional advisers and authorities: our accountants, insurers, or a regulator, where we are required to share information.

No analytics or advertising provider is connected to this website at present. If we add one, we will name it here and it will only run after you accept optional cookies.

• Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: 12 months.
• Installation and guarantee records: 6 years after the work, so we can support a claim or query.
• Accounting records: 6 years, as tax law requires.
• Cookie preferences: stored in your own browser until you clear them or change your choice.
